Attend the compulsory briefing session on 15 September 2026.
Submit completed RFP/Q documentation.
Complete and submit the PPE Pricing Schedule in Excel format.
Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit.
Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
Provide Company Registration Documents.
Provide proof of business address.
Submit a COID Letter of Good Standing.
Provide a Company Profile demonstrating experience and capability.
Provide at least three trade references.
Submit completed Supplier Questionnaire.
Submit signed Code of Good Practice.
Provide technical specifications, catalogues and product data sheets for PPE offered.
Supply PPE that is SANS approved or equivalent recognised international standards.
Demonstrate capability to supply South Africa, Uganda, or both regions.
Indicate lead times, stock availability, and delivery capabilities.
Provide certificates of conformity where applicable.
Accept EnviroServ payment terms of 45 or 60 days from statement.
Comply with all occupational health and safety requirements.
Submit proposal before 25 September 2026 at 16h00.
Attendance of the compulsory site briefing/session is mandatory. Only bidders who attend and sign the attendance register will be eligible for evaluation. Refer to the RFQ document for briefing details.
