A compulsory tender briefing session is scheduled for 21 August 2026 and will be conducted both onsite and via Microsoft Teams.

Evaluation and Adjudication
The RFQ evaluation and adjudication process is scheduled to take place from 07 September 2026 to 11 September 2026.
Contract awards and signing arrangements will be communicated directly to successful bidders. If you do not receive any communication from EnviroServ within two (2) weeks after the closing date, please consider your submission unsuccessful. Only successful bidders will be contacted.
Required Submission Documents
Suppliers are required to submit a complete RFQ package, including but not limited to the following:
- Code of Good Practice
- Completed Supplier Questionnaire
- Power of Attorney (where applicable)
- Proof of Business
- Trade References
- Valid B-BBEE Accreditation Certificate/Affidavit
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Completed Pricing Schedule
- Company Registration Documents
- Completed Tender Submission Forms
Incomplete submissions may be disqualified from further consideration.
