Evaluation and Adjudication
The RFP evaluation and adjudication process is scheduled to take place from 21 September 2026 to 09 October2026. Contract offers and signing arrangements will be communicated directly to the successful bidders. If you have not received any communication from us by 30 November 2026, please consider your submission unsuccessful. Only successful bidder/s will be contacted.
Submission closing date 18 September 2026 @ 16h00.
Required Submission Documents
Suppliers are required to submit a complete RFP/Q package, including but not limited to the following:
- Code of Good Practice
- Completed Supplier Questionnaire
- Power of Attorney (where applicable)
- Proof of Business
- Trade References
- Valid B-BBEE Accreditation Certificate/Affidavit
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Completed Pricing Schedule
- Company Registration Documents
- Completed Tender Submission Forms
Briefing meeting will be held on the 03 September 2026 at 10h00-11h00 Onsite and virtual Microsoft Teams.
