Just over three years ago, a local, Nomkhiso Ntinga of Imvelo Bloomings was awarded the grass cutting contract at EnviroServ’s Shongweni waste management facility. In the ensuing years, she has offered a great service, ensuring her employees’ work is representative of her brand. The site team is pleased with her service and approach to her work.

Her ‘can do’ attitude is opening doors for her as she ventures into new terrains. Realising that water shortages are a reality for most South Africans, she has expanded her services and acquired a watercart to service her community.

“EnviroServ gave me a chance and I promised not to disappoint. This allowed me the foothold to grow my business,” Nomkhiso said. We wish her the best as she realises her dreams and betters the lives of those around her by creating employment.
