Dear Customers, What a year! Certainly, a successful and productive one for EnviroServ, culminating in our acquisition by our new shareholders SUEZ, Royal Bafokeng Holdings and African Infrastructure Investment Managers.
Our new shareholders’ ambition is for EnviroServ to grow as the undisputed leader of environmental services in South Africa and the region, leveraging on our strong capabilities and SUEZ’s support to invest in infrastructure and operations. We are excited to have you onboard as we develop and innovative new waste treatment modes contributing to a more circular economy.
I look forward to the new year with much excitement for our new journey with SUEZ. With their backing, we certainly will be living our brand promise of raising the waste game, and the many new innovations and technologies they will bring enrich not only our service offering but also our contribution to a cleaner environment for all.
