Requirements
All submissions must be made online or via email. Hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted, The RFQ evaluation and adjudication process is scheduled to take place from 17 August 2026 to 21 August2026.Contract offers and signing arrangements will be communicated directly to the successful bidders. If you have not received any communication from us within two (2) weeks after the closing date, please consider your submission unsuccessful. Only successful bidders will be contacted. Suppliers must submit complete RFQ/P package , including code of good practice, supplier questionnaire , power of attorney, proof of business, trade references ,BBBEE accreditation, tax clearance certificate, pricing schedule company registration documents and the tender submission forms.
