ATTRIBUTES The system includes a planning and an optimisation tool; and a handheld device that enables the driver to follow a workflow process for his tripsheet and brief/debrief duties. In addition to these, the driver follows very specific customer duties and action while on their site. Examples of these are safety and PPE requirements, site specific requirements and customer specific actions. The tool gives full visibility from start to finish of the driver’s progress during the course of the day, verification of the tasks completed and full reconciliation of planned versus actual trip statistics.
