MILES AHEAD ENVIROSERV IS ON TRACK
As a service provider in a technologically advancing world, EnviroServ is constantly seeking out new ways of rendering essential services to our clients.
In line with these advancements, EnviroServ recently launched a state of the art Tracking Centre. This High-tech Centre assists with enhancing our service offering through the increase of productivity of our fleet and ultimately that of our valued clients. |

The Tracking Centre is furnished with four wall mounted 40 inch monitors, which keep track of all vehicles that are fitted with a GPRS system. The team has to "constantly be on alert and respond speedily to the alarms letting them know of a query they need to attend to“ says Nawaal Olivier who manages the Centre. With the push of a button we can offer replays of all the trips as far as a year back; provide real time vehicle information and detect even the minutest of details. Unauthorised vehicle stops, as well as client entry and exit times are easily accessible information which can be produced to the Client upon request.
Dawie Krugel, of Commercial Solutions foresees improved relations between the Group and clients. Furthermore he acknowledges that there will be new clients in the long run due to a growing need to cut down on costs that can be incurred due to negligence which drivers may commit. In his own words “the Tracking Centre will assist with queries and will be a confirmation of service to clients.” |

| Nawaal appears rather calm in the Transport sector; admittedly a male dominated sector. She reveals that she can afford to be calm because of her committed team. She trusts them and believes in their capabilities. At the core all team members have customer satisfaction as motivation for their diligent service. They have “the responsibility of a fleet of vehicles that are on route simultaneously” says a team member Noloyiso Nkoe. She also admits that the IT Department is very crucial in the efficient operating of the Centre. |

Prior to a potential client receiving a quotation on how much it would cost to utilize EnviroServ’s transportation services, the Tracking Centre is able to provide time estimate and exact kilometers of the trip duration from point A to point B. We also take load in and load off time into consideration; as well as the size of the vehicle and average speed that it should travel at.
An alarm goes off and since all of her team members are attending to other queries Nawaal responds only to discover that a driver had pressed a panic button while stretching. Apparently this happens occasionally but “it is rather safe to react than not to” says Nawaal.
The monitoring has increased caution on the road as well as added to the dramatic drop in road accidents within the Group.
